  3. There should be no signs of wear and tear.
  4. If there is a seal, make sure it remains intact.
  5. Return the item with all its original components, just as you received it.

Additionally, some items may need secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping, as this could affect the approval of your refund request.

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll quickly process your refund or replacement.

Please note: Our refund policy does not cover changes of mind, or ordering the wrong item, colour, or size. In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement. If a return doesn’t meet our conditions, we may not be able to offer an immediate refund or exchange. However, we’ll keep your item safe in our warehouse until you’re ready to proceed with your options.

Can We Exchange Your Item?

Please make sure to meet the terms and conditions outlined above for a smooth exchange process. Items that don’t meet these conditions won’t qualify for store credit or exchange, but don’t worry—we’ll keep them safe until you’re ready to have them reshipped.

Contact us for the correct return address, and please return the product within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Orders

If your order goes missing, is stolen, or doesn’t arrive, don’t worry—we’ve got your back! While we can’t offer refunds in these cases, we’re more than happy to send you a replacement. Our team will work with our shipping partners to track down what happened. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we may even send you a new package free of charge to make things right. Did You Receive a Faulty Product?

We aim to make your shopping experience hassle-free. If you receive an item that’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’re here to help! Reach out to us via our contact form within 30 days of your order date. We’ll guide you through the process to make things right.

For faster assistance, we may ask for a photo or video of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we’ll arrange a replacement for your original item. Without a photo or video, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

If you discover a fault after the 30-day period, don’t worry. You can still contact us, although we may need you to return the item for assessment. Please note that items damaged due to misuse won’t be eligible for replacement or refund.

Goods Excluded from Returns

While we want you to love your purchases, please note that we cannot accept returns for some items unless the seal is intact, or the item is faulty or significantly different from what was advertised. This includes clearance items or those purchased with store vouchers, which are non-refundable. Do I Pay Shipping Costs for Returns?

Returning items is easy with WYNDO! Please note that you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, and we cannot refund that. Using a trackable service is a good idea to stay informed about your return’s progress. We’re not responsible for lost items during return shipping.

If you received free express shipping with your order, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

For faulty products, we’ve got your back! Once we confirm the issue, we’ll reimburse you for the return shipping. Contact us through our contact form to begin the process.

Before sending anything back, please contact us for the correct return address. This ensures a smooth refund process. Sending items to the wrong address, including the one on the parcel, is not eligible for a refund, and we want to make sure everything goes smoothly!
